Pet resume
A pet resume may describe basic information to show the positive attributes of your pet and how your pet will not negatively impact on the property.
You can list useful information for the landlord or agent to consider, to show the pet is well cared for and not neglected, the property will not smell, have damage or interruption to neighbours.
You may include
A current photo of your pet, Breed of pet, Pet’s name, Age, Weight and size, Vaccinations, microchipping, pet training, Pets personality, behaviour description and how you prevent issues from occurring to the property.
You may want to discuss how you care and keep your pet from impacting on property and neighbours.
Owners can have concerns about pets being kept on property. Pets can cause neighbourhood noise, damage to property, droppings, holes in gardens, scratching on house floorings, doors, walls and pest infestation. If you could show on paper how you may prevent issues, as a good pet owner, this will increase your chances of application approval.
