Hi, my name is Sparky

Sparky is a friendly, happy dog, he does not bark very often
Sparky is an indoor dog, is taken outside for toilet breaks regularly and has regular professional pet baths.
He is very obedient due training at home and puppy training from ages 1-2
He has received all his vaccinations to date, is registered and has been microchipped. You can see my proof of vaccinations enclosed.
Sparky’s claws are regularly clipped to stop any damage to indoor floors. To date Sparky has not caused any damage to doors, walls, flooring or gardens in my rental properties.
As an owner I regularly give Sparky flee treatment, vacuum the house thoroughly and treat home quickly with flee treatments when there is any indication of flees present. I clean up any droppings from the yard daily and take Sparky on walks at least every two days, to keep him healthy and happy.
As a pet owner I do not believe that Sparky will cause any damage or negative repercussions to property, but I would gladly pay and take responsibility for any mishaps that occur and any pest costs throughout my tenancy and upon exiting the property.
