By joining you will receive access to SavvyRenter products for a 12 month period.
Products include; Tenancy Certificate, reference request templates for Rental, Pet, Employer and Character references, Budget builder, About Me front cover page builder, About My Pet page builder and a list of useful contacts for your tenancy.
No, you don’t have to use all the SavvyRenter products once you have joined but to create a thorough real estate application, most of the products will be recommended.
Only members will be issued with SavvyRenter Tenancy Certificate.
Other products can used for multiple household members, such as; the About Me cover page builder, the budget builder, About My Pet resume builder and reference requests, can be utilised as many times as you like, for additional household members.
More than one household member is welcome to become a SavvyRenter member.
A SavvyRenter Tenancy Certificate is a course that provides information and training to understand; how to access tenancy services for each state, basic knowledge of your rights, responsibilities and skills to successfully maintain a rental tenancy.
On completion, a SavyyRenter Tenancy Certificate will be available for you to download. The final Certificate can used with rental applications to increase your chances of approval. Key subjects will be listed to showcase your knowledge.
Real Estate agents will be impressed that you have made the effort to complete the course and understand how to maintain a rental tenancy.
They will feel an increased sense of confidence when a Tenancy Certificate is supplied.
The course is a non-accredited short course, that will give you a Certificate of achievement to show you passed.
The final Certificate can used with rental applications to increase your chances of approval. Key subjects you completed will be listed to showcase your knowledge.

The approximate expected timeframe to complete the course could be 1 hour. This will depend on the person undertaking the course, computer abilities and system that is in use.
The SavvyRenter Tenancy Certificate will be emailed to you, once the course and final questionnaire has been completed.
Downloads of products are expected to be emailed directly to you upon electronic request via the site.
